30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return your OMNI1 within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

The product must be in original condition with all accessories included.
The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).

How to Initiate a Return:

Email us at hello@internectai.com with your order details.

Our team will provide return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.

Send your OMNI1 back to us, and once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Exclusions

Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to a product defect or our error).

Items that have been damaged due to misuse or neglect are not eligible for a refund.
